abstract = {Automatic Health monitoring and alert system is a most demanding research today. Sick and premature neonates are taken care with the help of Incubators in the Intensive Care Unit. At present most of the available controlling and monitoring medical devices are wired, which limits the freeness of working environment. Wireless sensor networking is a better alternative in such an environment. The proposed system provides a framework that detects the Neonatal Hypothermia, a free hazard factor for neonatal mortality and dreariness. Our system uses temperature sensor, humidity sensor and heart rate estimation sensor to monitor the body temperature, speeding up because of body development, and heart rate of neonates and the sensed data are transmitted securely and stored in the cloud and a web/Android Application is developed for neonatal monitoring and alert the health professional when an unusual circumstance emerges},
