Out of a set of the projects, every student will indicates there liking list over their appropriate projects, while the Department wants to make the most allotments, with its fondness over the individual student as group by their GPA’s. We are going to apply “Pre-emptive Goal Programming” to a multi- criteria SPA model for allotments of these projects to the students with “Decision Support System “implementation. The arithmetic outcome will accompany the complete effectiveness and potency of this approach.
