  • Abstract:
  • Elevated water tank  is a water place for storing building supported by tall structures and made at an elevation to give useful storing of goods and pressure for a water distribution system because of in relation to post earthquake functional needs, seismic safety of water tanks is of most important. These structures have large mass concentrated at the top with a supporting structure of beams and columns.
