The present article aims to find out how the work-from-home concept adversely affect the real estate sector especially the commercial properties and what are the hits and misses of work from home concept and how it is seriously affecting the economy. 
For this Study “economic impact of work from home” Samples of 514 respondents selected on simple random basis were studied. The statistical tools that were used to analyses the collected data are Factor analysis, Path analysis and Regression analysis.
