Common plant which is found in every kitchen Garden is Tulsi. Tulsi is used by people for immunity booster. Tulsi plant has Anti-cancer properties. From Ancient times plants have been used to treat health disorders and to conserve and flavor the food . These plants are used as anti-oxidant, insect repellant, antibiotic properties etc. 
Each and every plant has its own medicinal values.
 Healing with healthful plants is a very recent method from history. In ancient times vaids and Hakkims used different different plants to make medicine for treating health issues of people .},
