  • In today’s digital age, universities are constantly seeking innovative ways to improve communication and student services. This gives rise to the development of a University Chatbot, an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to facilitate seamless interactions between students, faculty, and administrative staff. The University Chatbot leverages NLP and ML algorithms to offer a range of services. It can assist students with inquiries related to course registration, academic advising, campus events, and more. Faculty and staff can benefit from the chatbot’s ability to automate administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing office hours, and providing real-time updates on campus information.
