The theory and practices of Total Quality Management (TQM) have been extensively covered in literature studies on contemporary management, particularly in connection to business performance. TQM is a business management approach that aims to raise an organization's competitiveness and customer value by enhancing the quality of management within the company. Because Total Quality Management (TQM) incorporates all departments, divisions, and organizational levels, it gives businesses a competitive edge. Reduced production costs and enhanced output production efficiency and effectiveness are the results of a well-coordinated management process, and these factors promote overall business performance.
