  • A magnetically controlled untethered microrobot is an effective tool for the targeted delivery of drugs. In this paper, the total structural and functional unit of the proposed design of such a microrobot has been discussed, with elaboration on the materials that can be used for effective design. The functioning of the magnetic propulsion system and the drug delivery system of the robot has been discussed.
