  • Abstract:
  • This project introduces the Internet of Things (IoT) based electric vehicle (EV) thermal management system using Node MCU ESP8266 microcontroller. The system is dedicated to improving the thermal efficiency of electric vehicles by monitoring and controlling the temperature of key components such as batteries, motors, and electronic components. NodeMCU ESP8266 has a built-in Wi-Fi function and can be used as a central controller to collect temperature data from sensors and send it to the cloud platform for real-time monitoring. This information is analyzed and required to control the temperature to ensure proper operation and prevent overheating. Interface The system is designed to improve the safety, durability, and performance of electric vehicles by keeping the product at optimum temperature. Leveraging the capabilities of Node MCU ESP8266 and IoT, this project provides a cost-effective and scalable solution for advanced thermal management of electric vehicles, contributing to the overall reliability and sustainability of electric vehicle technology.
