  • This research article examines the mind set of men towards women in the workplace, exploring the various perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors that influence gender dynamics in professional settings. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, the study investigates how traditional gender roles, stereotypes, and societal norms shape men's interactions with female colleagues. It also highlights the impact of these mind-sets on organizational culture, collaboration, and women's career advancement. The findings suggest that fostering awareness and promoting gender equity initiatives can significantly enhance workplace relationships and create a more inclusive environment. Ultimately, this research underscores the need for continuous dialogue and training to challenge entrenched biases and encourage mutual respect and collaboration.
