  • Effective warehouse management is crucial for ensuring inventory availability, minimizing wastage, and maintaining operational efficiency. Traditional inventory management, often reliant on manual processes, is prone to human error and inefficiency. This paper presents an innovative warehouse item tracking and management system that integrates AI and machine learning (ML) to streamline operations. The system, developed using the Flutter framework, employs predictive analytics to forecast item demand, anomaly detection to flag irregular usage, and data visualization tools to enhance decision-making. By automating these processes, the system aims to reduce human errors, optimize stock levels, and provide insightful trends for better inventory management. The solution is particularly tailored for use in educational institutions, with scalability for broader applications.
