  • Abstract:
  • The growth of the digital transformation of each sector has had a huge influence on the methods of seeking housing, thus great spread of house rental websites. Such websites act as key utilities connecting landlords with potential tenants in an efficient rental process. This paper explores functions, experiences, and security measures related to house rental websites. Indeed, the literature still remains relevant, but what is concerning here is the wide gap of literature research that is yet to be known regarding satisfaction, security features, and application of AI/ML. Overall, these papers aim to make up for the deficiencies with an integral analysis of user experiences and recommend potential improvements towards making the online rental service even better than before-not just in terms of operational efficiency but also with regard to security considerations.
