Its main goal is to enhance service delivery and simplify the process of appointing a mechanic efficiently.The system is designed for three user roles: Admin, Mechanic, and User. Mechanics can view requests from users and send feedback to the admin, while users can send a request and book a mechanic for a specific date and time. Additionally, service organizations, which handle after-sales support, use this tool to streamline operations.
