Researchers need to do this research to study the extent of the employee's impact on the Performance of the organization, especially when participating in decision-making, also to know the factors that contribute to improving the performance of the organization. This study will help human resource managers to focus and understand the importance of employee participation in decision-making to improve the performance of the organization. The impact of employee participation in decision-making to increase the performance of the organization is an important and huge topic. This topic has been studied by many researchers from several different sides.
