  • Abstract:
  • The rising frequency and complexity of cyberattacks have made advanced security systems indispensable. AI-powered cybersecurity solutions have emerged as critical tools for detecting vulnerabilities, predicting threats, and responding dynamically to incidents. This paper explores an AI-powered vulnerability analysis system, VulneraX, developed using Flask and trained on the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) dataset from 2020 to 2023. Key features include real-time analysis, severity scoring, and actionable remediation steps, presented through a user-friendly interface with advanced visualization capabilities. We also discuss future improvements, ethical considerations, and regulatory challenges in adopting AI-driven security systems.
