It examines the challenges artisans face, such as digital literacy and competition, and provides strategies to optimize online success. Additionally, this study delves into the role of digital marketing, logistics management, and financial inclusion in the success of small businesses. The study concludes that e-commerce is a powerful tool for small businesses, fostering economic independence, sustainability, and creativity.
