  • Abstract:
  • Choosing the right career path is a critical challenge for students and job seekers, often requiring expert guidance. This paper introduces a Career Guidance Tool that utilizes psychometric assessments and interactive activities to offer personalized career recommendations. The system, built using Python Full Stack (Flask, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL), analyzes user inputs to assess personality traits, skills, and interests. Based on this evaluation, it suggests suitable career paths, learning resources, and job opportunities. Future improvements include AI-based career predictions and automated resume-building assistance to further support career decision-making.
