Creating alert message based on wild animal detection using deep learning

  • Human-wildlife conflict poses significant threats to both human settlements and wildlife conservation. Early detection of wild animals near human-inhabited areas is crucial for preventing conflicts. This paper presents an Alert Message System for Wild Animal Detection, leveraging the YOLOv11 deep learning model. The system detects animals in real time and triggers an automated alert message to authorities and nearby residents. Implemented on Google Colab, the model is trained on a dataset of various wild animals, achieving high detection accuracy and rapid response times.
