abstract = {In recent years, advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) have revolutionized various industries, including agriculture. This paper explores the application of AI and IoT technologies in monitoring the health of dairy cattle. By integrating smart collars equipped with sensors and AI-driven data analysis, farmers can gain real-time insights into the health and well-being of their livestock. The system collects a range of data, including body temperature, heart rate, and activity levels, which are then analyzed to detect potential health issues, optimize herd management, and improve overall productivity. Through comprehensive case studies, this research highlights the practical benefits and challenges associated with deploying such technologies on farms. The findings suggest that AI and IoTbased cattle health monitoring systems can significantly enhance animal welfare, reduce costs, and increase farm efficiency. However, the paper also addresses technical and implementation challenges, as well as data privacy concerns. Future research directions are proposed to further advance the capabilities and adoption of these innovative technologies in smart agriculture.},
