  • The rapid expansion of e-commerce has significantly transformed consumer behavior necessitating a deeper understanding of the factors influencing online purchasing decisions. This study explores the key determinants shaping online consumer behavior, including psychological, social, technological, and economic factors. By analyzing consumer motivations, trust, website usability, and the role of digital marketing, this research provides insights into the evolving patterns of online shopping. The study employs a mixed-method approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative analyses to examine the impact of convenience, security, product reviews, and personalization on purchasing behavior. The findings contribute to the growing body of knowledge on e-commerce and offer valuable recommendations for businesses aiming to enhance their digital strategies and consumer engagement.
