  • Managing a large workforce requires handling a variety of tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, performance evaluation, payroll calculation, and feedback collection. Traditional methods often involve manual record-keeping, leading to errors, delays, and inefficiencies. This project proposes the development of a web-based Employee Management System (EMS) to automate routine administrative tasks. The system will streamline leave balance calculations, attendance tracking, payroll generation, and performance monitoring. By providing real-time access to crucial information such as leave status, salary breakdowns, and performance metrics, it improves transparency for both employees and managers. The EMS includes self-service portals to reduce the administrative burden on HR staff and enhance operational efficiency
