Built with advanced technologies like Flask for the backend, SQLAlchemy for handling databases, ChromaDB for vector storage, and Google's Gemini Large Language Model (LLM) for natural language tasks, the system incorporates modern machine learning methods. It uses Sentence Transformers to create text embeddings, which are then stored and searched within ChromaDB for similarity matching. By automating critical parts of meeting management, the application enhances productivity and minimizes the need for manual intervention. This project highlights how AI-powered tools can optimize workflow in business environments. Planned future upgrades include enabling multi-user collaboration, scaling the system for larger operations, and offering real-time meeting insights to further enrich the user experience.},
