After spending long hours at physically demanding jobs, they return home to unpaid domestic duties, such as cooking, cleaning, and caring for children and the elderly. This leaves them with little timefor rest, personal growth, or self-care. Many also suffer from health issues due to poor working conditions, lack of nutrition, and inadequate access to healthcare.This research aims to analyze the role of women in organized sector, the problems faced by women in organized sector. The findings emphasize the importance of addressing these problems to improve their quality of work life and foster a supportive environment for their livelihoods.},
