  • Abstract:
  • The research work was aimed to synthesis a reagent with the help of (5-amino-1, 3, 4-thiadiazole-2-thiol) and Benzimidazole. A reagent has been characterised by IR, H1 and C13 NMR and Mass Spectroscopy. Reagent screened for antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus as gram positive bacteria and Escherichia coli as a gram negative bacteria. It has been observed that reagent give promising results. Reagent have good anti-inflammatory activity. The successful synthesis, structural characterization, and notable biological activities of the compound underscore its pharmaceutical potential. Further studies are warranted to optimize its bioactivity and explore additional therapeutic applications.
