  • In the current scenario, gait recognition technology is gaining significant attention due to its non-intrusive nature and potential applications in security, healthcare, and human- computer interaction. The increased availability of large-scale gait databases and advancements in computational power have fueled the development of more sophisticated and accurate gait recognition systems. However, challenges such as variations in clothing, carrying conditions, and changes in walking sur- faces still pose obstacles to achieving robust and reliable gait recognition in real-world environments. This project explores the advancements in human gait recognition, emphasizing its importance as a biometric method for identifying individuals based on their walking patterns. By integrating insights from multiple studies and implementing advanced AI techniques, this paper presents a comprehensive system for gait analysis and recognition.
