It works around the clock,subject to the proviso that even rural village farmers remote from the city can access prompt responses without needing to leave their homes or farms.
This research focuses on the use of this chatbot in the agriculture sector, how it can reduce the burden on government helpdesks, and how it can make government services seem nearer, quicker, and more farmer-friendly.
