  • Medical tourism is a significant and growing industry in India, with Kerala emerging as a prominent destination. Kerala attracts medical tourists due to its high-quality healthcare, affordability, and integration of traditional and modern medicine, particularly Ayurveda. The state's mild climate, beautiful scenery, and friendly locals further enhance the appeal for international patients. Kerala is a hub for Ayurveda and other traditional medical systems, drawing patients seeking holistic wellness. Kerala's robust public health infrastructure, emphasis on primary care, and community-based initiatives has contributed to its strong health indicators, including low infant mortality and high life expectancy. Kerala's rich tradition of Ayurveda and other AYUSH practices can be further leveraged to attract patients seeking holistic and alternative therapies. This paper is an attempt to reveal the Medical tourism in India and Kerala traditional Ayurveda medicine.
