Optimizing Human Resource Management through Artificial Intelligence

  • AI has changed several organizational functions, including human resource management (HRM). This article investigates how AI might improve HRM processes including as recruiting, employee engagement, performance assessment, and decision-making. The use of AI technologies enhances operations while also improving strategic workforce management. This study examines existing literature and practices to demonstrate the transformative effect of AI on HRM, while also addressing the ethical and implementation problems that arise.
