It explores the diverse clinical presentations, diagnostic processes, treatment approaches, and outcomes to address the challenges in managing MDR-TB. The study examines factors contributing to drug resistance, treatment failures, and successful interventions, offering insights to improve clinical practices. Key findings emphasize the necessity of early diagnosis, comprehensive drug susceptibility testing, tailored treatment strategies, adherence support, and integrated care to enhance patient outcomes.
