  • The agri-food supply chain faces significant challenges, including inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and regulatory compliance issues. Blockchain technology provides a decentralized and secure framework for improving traceability, but optimizing decision-making in real-time remains a critical hurdle. This research proposes a novel approach by integrating blockchain-based supply chains to enhance operational efficiency, automate decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance. The study develops and evaluates models tailored for supply chain optimization, incorporating blockchain to ensure data integrity, security, and transparency. Performance metrics are analyzed to assess the effectiveness of this integration in enhancing supply chain management.
