        abstract = {This paper presents the design and development of a hybrid task management application developed specifically for T&T Infra Limited, a leading construction firm operating across multiple remote project sites. The company faced persistent challenges in effectively managing and tracking tasks due to a lack of centralized coordination, real-time updates, and consistent communication between the head office and on-site teams. To overcome these issues, a cross-platform task manager was built using Ionic for hybrid deployment, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript for the frontend, and Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB for the backend. The application enables HR personnel and managers to create, assign, and track tasks across departments, with features including task prioritization, progress tracking through images, deadline monitoring, and user-specific dashboards. The system supports secure authentication and role-based access to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows. By simplifying task oversight and improving transparency across project sites, the solution significantly enhances operational efficiency and productivity within T&T Infra’s infrastructure projects.},
