  • This Research Paper Critically Examines India's Evolving Landscape of Forensic Justice and Its Alignment with Global Forensic Jurisprudence. Forensic Justice Refers to the Lawful Integration of Scientific Techniques into The Legal System, Enhancing Fact-Finding in Civil and Criminal Adjudication. The Study Traces the Historical Evolution of Forensic Laws, Emphasising Their Gradual Incorporation into Statutory and Procedural Frameworks. This Paper Discusses Various Indian Legal Provisions and Legislations to Understand Them Better. However, The Paper Mainly Highlights Significant Enhancements Under Bnss, Including Expanded Provisions on Medical Examination, Forensic Reports, And Digital Evidence. A Comparative Analysis of International Legal Frameworks, Including Those of The Usa, Uk, And Australia, Along with Un and Interpol Guidelines, Provides Context to India’s Progress and Gaps. The Study Also Evaluates Judicial Pronouncements That Have Shaped Forensic Evidence's Admissibility, Reliability, And Ethical Use. Challenges Such As Infrastructural Inadequacies, Lack of Trained Experts, Legislative Gaps, And Privacy Concerns Are Addressed in Depth. The Paper Concludes with Policy Suggestions, Including the Need for A National Forensic Policy, Lab Accreditation, Judicial Training, And Robust Data Protection Laws to Balance Scientific Efficiency with Individual Rights. Ultimately, The Research Underscores the Need for India's Integrated, Accountable, And Rights-Conscious Forensic Justice Framework.
