abstract = {The present study seeks to investigate relationship of selected kinematic variables with performance of sirsasana For the meaningful relationship, total five [n= 5] male yoga practitioners of 18 to 23 years studying at LNIPE, NERC will be purposely selected whose have full control on sirsasana. Linear kinematic variables and angular kinematic variables were selected. Videography technique was used to capture the whole motion of the sirsasana and then after the execution phase in biomechanically analysed to identify all selected linear and angular kinematic variables by using kinovea software. In case of selected angular kinematic variables, none of the angular kinematic variables has exhibited significant in relation with the performance of sirsasana. The selected linear kinematic variables (height of centre of gravity) in performing sirsasana was also not found significant relationship but in temporal there is significant relationship in performance. The temporal variable (i.e., time duration of movement) has a strong negative and statistically significant correlation with performance (r = -0.930, p = 0.022), implying that faster execution improves performance.},
