  • Abstract:
  • As urbanization accelerates, the need for smarter, sustainable and adaptive cities becomes significant. This paper examines how combining real-time data analytics, predictive modelling, and ethical decision-making frameworks with artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming urban planning and the creation of smart cities. In addition to improving city operations, such as trash management, traffic control, and energy use, it suggests a next-generation AI framework that goes beyond current smart systems and promotes social justice, climate resilience, and citizen-centric planning
