  • In modern businesses, employee well-being has emerged as a key factor of productivity and retention. Rising stress levels, burnout, and mental health issues are especially noticeable among Gen Z workers in the Indian IT industry, who are looking for balanced and encouraging work environments. This study looks at how workplace wellness initiatives affect Gen Z workers' retention in the Indian IT sector. Data from Gen Z professionals is gathered using a structured questionnaire in a descriptive and quantitative research design. Relationships between wellness programs, job satisfaction, and employee retention are found through statistical analysis. The results show that comprehensive wellness programs that address mental health, work-life balance, and engagement activities greatly improve satisfaction and retention.
