abstract = {The rapid digitization of commerce has created unprecedented opportunities for large scale enterprises while marginalizing small scale entrepreneurs and local artisans, particularly women engaged in home based or handloom businesses. This research presents the design and implementation of Flea Market Application, an intelligent digital platform that enables small vendors to showcase, promote and sell their products efficiently. The proposed system integrates a recommendation model powered by machine learning to analyze user behavior, geographical trends, and festival-specific demands, thereby optimizing product visibility and sales potential. Furthermore, the platform incorporates an interactive buyer-seller communication interface, a transparent review and rating mechanism, and adaptive pricing features to foster trust and engagement. The project employs the Waterfall Model of Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) to ensure a systematic and structured development process encompassing requirement analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing and maintenance. By bridging the digital divide and offering a data driven market – place, this study aims to empower small scale entrepreneurs – especially women artisans – to participate effectively in the e-commerce ecosystem, promoting inclusive digital entrepreneurship and sustainable local economic growth},
