abstract = {The present study focuses on the evaluation of antioxidant, antibacterial and mosquito repellent properties of three medicinally valuable plants such as Neem (Azadirachta indica), Gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica) and Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum). These plants are widely recognized in traditional medicine for their pharmacological and health-promoting properties. The aqueous and ethanolic extracts of these leaves were prepared and subjected to antioxidant assays such as DPPH radical scavenging and Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power (FRAP) assays. The antibacterial activity was evaluated using the disc diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Furthermore, a natural mosquito repellent formulation was developed using a combination of these plant powders. The results indicated that the ethanolic extracts showed significantly higher antioxidant and antibacterial activity compared to aqueous extracts. The mosquito repellent cones made from these extracts effectively repelled mosquitoes, offering a safe, eco-friendly, and sustainable alternative to synthetic repellents.},
