This paper introduces Sahayog, an integrated digital platform developed to automate core clinical processes and address inefficiencies associated with traditional manual systems. The platform is architected on a scalable, modular framework that combines a Java Spring Boot backend— responsible for secure RESTful APIs and business logic—with a responsive frontend built using Node.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
