The objective is to define the challenges faced by jobseekers and the strategies and best practices for landing a job opportunity. Based on these challenges, various design considerations are evaluated to create a user-centric design that meets user needs. The enhanced strategies in the developed Job Recommender System provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to navigate, search, and find job opportunities based on their preferences.
