  • A Comparative Study on attracting compensation packages offered by public and private sector bank in Rewa. • When asking about which sector banks offer better compensation package majority of private bank Respondent Think private banks offer better compensation packages while 92% of public bank Respondents disagree with Them. • 58% Respondents of public banks are satisfied with their salary while 74% of private banks Respondents are satisfied with it satisfaction level of private bank employees with salary is higher than public banks Respondents. • When asking to Rate from 1 to5 on how important compensation packages are in improving workplace performance, 84% of public bank Respondents of private banks give 5 points. • Compensation packages play vital Role in improving overall performance of workers by motivating Them and by providing various benefits and incentives to boost their morale.
