        abstract = {Our approach to customized health is changing as a result of the development of large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence (AI). The majority of digital health products available today concentrate on diet or fitness, frequently ignoring the necessity of flexible, sustained involvement. We introduce HealthFit, a web-based platform that leverages Gemini AI LLM to provide dynamic and customized workout and nutrition recommendations in order to close this gap. To provide an interactive, hands-free coaching experience, HealthFit combines voice-activated interface (Vapi), real-time data administration (Convex), and secure user authentication (Clerk). The fundamental drawbacks of current digital health solutions are addressed by HealthFit, which combines activity and food planning while preserving dynamic user profiles.
