abstract = {A rapid, sensitive, and highly precise reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was developed for the simultaneous quantification of Ceftazidime and Avibactam using a Waters HPLC system. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Inertsil ODS C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5 µm particle size) maintained at ambient temperature. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (85:15, v/v) and was filtered through a 0.45 µm membrane filter prior to use.
