  • Abstract:
  • In the evolving world of human resource management (HRM), analytics dashboards have become key tools for turning raw HR data into actionable insights that support data-driven decisions in talent acquisition, performance improvement, and employee retention. These dashboards turn complex datasets into meaningful visual information, enabling HR leaders and managers to analyse employee headcount in real-time and align human resource strategies with organizational goals. This study examines the design principles and implementation frameworks needed to create effective people management dashboards aligned with broader HRM objectives in Bangalore, drawing on established best practices and empirical evidence. It emphasizes user-centric design, prioritizing intuitive goals, visual aids such as heat maps for process insights and bar charts for performance analysis, and responsive tools that meet the diverse needs of different stakeholders.
