abstract = {Working Capital is a financial constraint that risks the business, if it is not properly managed. Changes in working capital is like the circulation of blood in the human body. Therefore, working capital is also called as the circulating capital. Any problem in the circulation or stagnation of working capital in business would be totally affected and liquidity will become a question. The problem in working capital may be temporary or permanent, any temporary problem in working capital might affect the business till the problem is solved, while, in the case of permanent working problem may totally ruin the business, this also affects the economy. This research study undertaken with a limited scope of selecting a sample size of Ten fertilizer companies in India, from both government and private sectors.},
