abstract = {The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed the healthcare sector by enabling intelligent analysis of complex medical data and supporting clinical decision- making. The growing availability of electronic health records, medical imaging, and patient-generated data has expanded the use of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing in healthcare systems. AI- based solutions have shown strong potential in improving diagnostic accuracy, predictive analytics, personalized treatment, and overall healthcare efficiency.
This study examines the applications of AI in healthcare, with a focus on machine learning–based predictive modeling, natural language processing, and sentiment analysis. It also critically analyzes key challenges related to AI adoption, including data privacy and security, ethical and legal concerns, algorithmic bias, lack of transparency, and system integration issues.
A Logistic Regression model is implemented for healthcare data classification due to its interpretability and clinical suitability. The results demonstrate reliable predictive performance, highlighting the importance of responsible AI development, explainable models, and robust data governance for effective and ethical healthcare adoption.},
