With traveller’s seeking immersive and rejuvenating experiences, destinations worldwide are recognizing the potential of this segment and adopting innovative marketing strategies to attract health-conscious tourists. This paper explores the key marketing strategies employed in health and wellness tourism, emphasizing their role in addressing the unique preferences and demands of this target audience. The study highlights the importance of creating authentic and culturally rich experiences that resonate with travellers’ aspirations for physical, mental, and emotional renewal.
