It focuses on key practices such as training and development, career planning, mentoring, performance appraisal, and promotional opportunities. Using a structured research design, data were collected from nursing professionals to assess the relationship between career development initiatives and retention outcomes. The findings reveal a significant positive impact of well-structured career development practices on nurses’ job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to stay.
