  • Lumbar low back pain (LBP) is one of the most prevalent musculoskeletal disorders worldwide, imposing a substantial burden on patients and healthcare systems. Physiotherapy plays a central role in managing lumbar back pain through targeted exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. This paper reviews clinical evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of physiotherapy interventions in reducing pain, improving functional status, and enhancing quality of life among patients with lumbar back pain.
