It examines their influence on shopping habits, satisfaction, and future adoption, as well as their effect on traditional retail dynamics. Methodology: A quantitative research approach was adopted to analyse consumer behaviour across different age groups. Correlation analysis was performed to examine the dependency between usage, satisfaction, and future intent regarding dark stores. Additionally, mean analysis was conducted to assess how these variables vary across different age groups.
