abstract = {This project focuses on the experimental investigation of concrete properties using Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) bars with partial replacement of coarse aggregate by stainless steel slag. The aim is to develop a sustainable and high-performance concrete by reducing the use of natural aggregates and conventional steel reinforcement. In this study, coarse aggregate is replaced with stainless steel slag in varying proportions of 20%, 30%, and 40% by weight, while GFRP bars are used as complete replacements for steel reinforcement. The fresh and hardened properties of concrete, such as workability, compressive strength, split tensile strength, and flexural strength, are evaluated and compared with conventional concrete. Preliminary results indicate that the inclusion of stainless-steel slag up to 30% improves strength characteristics, while GFRP bars provide superior corrosion resistance and lower weight compared to traditional steel bars. The study aims to identify the optimum replacement level of steel slag and assess the structural performance of GFRP-reinforced concrete for sustainable construction applications.},
